Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, New Item Requests and Change Orders

When attempting to advance a Change Order from Approved to Scheduled, the change order gets cancelled with the following error

EGP_SUPPLIER_INVALID
You cannot update the trading partner item or relationship because the trading partner is not valid.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps.

This is not always reproducible and is mostly observed after a server restart

1. Login to PD UI > Open Item
2.Add AML details with TPI details with MPN numbers.
3.Assign item to the CO
4.Save and submit the CO
5.Approve the CO.
6.Change Order goes to Cancel Status
