FDC- Invoices Not Being Added To Interface After Run Import Brazil Electronic Documents (Doc ID 2746265.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Fiscal Document Capture

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User has Two Brazilian invoices are not being added to FDC interface table
No log message is generated and user can't see any kind of message .

After creating XML and uploading UCM . User is running the import process but the invoice details are not showing up. collaboration message also not showing.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

invoices to be added to FDC interface

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Uploaded the file in UCM.

2.Ran the Import Brazil Electronic Document. Process completed successfully.

3.Ran import Electronic Fiscal Document:

4.Providing Issuer taxpayer ID

5.Now trying to search the invoice not showing up.

6. Then tried to check in Collaboration Messaging but no error/stuck transaction found.
