SFTP Process Is Not Picking Up Zip File From Server (Doc ID 2746637.1)

Symptoms

When uploading a .CSV and upload_list.xml to the automated folder via FTP, only the upload_list.xml is being processed. The .CSV file is left on the server.

Changes

The size of the ZIP may have increased over time.
