How To Import Service Categories Since Dedicated Object Missing From Import Management (Doc ID 2746887.1)

With the 20D update, File-Based Data Import was replaced for Import and Export Management. It was possible to import Categories in Classic Import, using dedicated Category object, but in the new Import and Export Management same entity is not available.

How to import Service Categories under these circumstances?
