Profile Import Functionality Impaired In Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) (Doc ID 2747423.1)

Symptoms

Users are attempting to import profiles into ARCS via a CSV file. ARCS returns numerous errors unrelated to the profile import file. Multiple fields are removed from the import file, invalidating many of the created profiles. In addition, when manually creating profiles, in the Workflow tab, the Duration selection boxes under Preparer and Reviewer immediately begin increasing rapidly.
