Can A Reply E-mail Be Sent From A Closed SR Instead Of Creating A New SR? (Doc ID 2747426.1)

When an inbound e-mail it sent to a closed service request a new Service request is created.  Is it possible to not create an SR and have a response sent back to the user automatically?
