Symptoms

Problem Description:

A report was created in BI Publisher where the results would change based on the user running the report.

To test the results, the report was run as one specific user, then run as another user.  The results were the same for both users.

It appeared that the results were caching from when it was run as the first user.  After starting a new browser session and logging in as the second user, then the results were correct for that user.
