Unable To Connect To Taleo Using Data Sync Taleo BI Connector (Doc ID 2748952.1)

Symptoms

When trying to test the connection in data sync it is giving the below error after the TALEO environment upgrade to 20 D.

ERROR
Failure connecting to "Taleo Conn"!
Error connecting to url https://<host:port>/smartorg/Bics.jss
Error sending request "get session id" to https://<host:port>/smartorg/Bics.jss!
MessageBodyReader not found for media type=text/plain, type=class com.github.cliftonlabs.json_simple.JsonObject, genericType=class com.github.cliftonlabs.json_simple.JsonObject.

 

Changes

Upgrade the TALEO environment to 20D.
