Goal

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Service Email

Inbound Email not received


We are not receiving any email (and Service Requests are not created from inbound email) though scheduled process "Retrieve Inbound Email Messages" is running few minutes.

We are losing some Service Requests that should be created by email channel.
