Symptoms

After creating a Data Server connection to Oracle CX (RightNow) Cloud in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) on Marketplace, the test connection with Standalone Agent throws below error:

This connection was created on Topology under "Oracle Service Cloud" Data Server.
The same above error appears when reversing the Model.
