FA: SCM: OM: Editing a Draft Order Fails With: Attribute Party Id Is Required (Doc ID 2750104.1)

Symptoms

An error is reported when editing a draft sales order:

 

Attribute Party ID is required.

1. An order was imported using REST API for an incorrect customer and no ship-to details.
2. The user is unable to discard the draft or edit the order to correct the customer because of this error.
3. The error is encountered only when selecting the - Edit Draft - task from Actions.c
