Fusion FDC : Process ID Is Not Populated in File Import and Export (Doc ID 2750423.1)

Symptoms

Process ID is not being populated when the file is processed.
Due to this issue, users cannot verify the Process ID for a particular file upload
 

Steps To Reproduce
1. Tools > File Import and Export
2. In Overview, go to Search.
3. Enter value for Account.
4. Click Search.
- Search results return data but Process ID field is NULL
