How to handle Error FND-6602 in Global Search after 20D update (Doc ID 2750709.1)

Goal

We are getting the following error message when searching via global search:

"FND-6602 The search results may be incomplete because some applications are not currently available for search"

We have full indexed the affected objects (Opportunities and Savings) but it is still appearing.

Issue is intermittent.
