First Calendar Period Not Available In Current Period List Of Values (LOV) When Creating New Asset Book (Doc ID 2751129.1)

Goal

You have defined the asset calendar periods from the Oldest Date Placed In Service entered in System Controls.

When creating a new asset book and trying to select from the Current Period List of Values, it is only showing the
second calendar period defined and after.  The first defined calendar period is not available in the List of Values.
