Symptoms

After Upgrade to 21A, Requisition Approvals are working fine, but when Trying to Save on BPM Task Configuration Page getting below error message

Error:
RUL-051069: Ruleset 'PostApprovalHeaderHierarchyRules', Rule 'AutoApproval****' configured using 'ReqLineDimension' and 'ReqDistributionDimension' resulting in inefficient rules evaluation.
Click here to add the missing join condition to establish relation between 'ReqLineDimension' and 'ReqDistributionDimension' attributes

Steps:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Fusion Applications after update to 21A
2. Navigate to BPM > Task Configuration
3. Select ReqApproval and Click on Save on Task Configuration page
4. Getting Validation errors 

Changes

These Validation errors are thrown only when you are using BPM for Rules Configuration
If you use Functional Setup - Manage Requisition Approvals for Rules configuration you do not see this issue
Issue is caused due to the Changes done in 21
When using BPM Worklist to configure rules, optimize the rule evaluation when parent and child attributes are used within the same rule in a workflow and avoid the performance issues during evaluation process
