Not able to open FYI: Task Assigned for Change Order notification.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The link should open a new Page with action to perform

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on the bell notification
2. Click on the FYI notification for Change Order
3. Page is not opened.
