ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using NetSuite Sync Adapter for integration. Two Inbound shipments are created for Transfer Orders.

While processing a Transfer Order in Oracle Cloud WMS the transaction creates more then expected Inbound Shipments that the user is now required to complete for the transaction to update correctly in NetSuite.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Create only one Inbound shipment
