Can't Change Shopper ProfileType From B2B (Doc ID 2751807.1)

Shopper profiles come in 2 basic types, b2b and b2c.

B2B have profileType: b2b_user
B2C have profileType: null

Some profiles have been accidently created as B2B but should instead be B2C profiles, can this change be achieved?
