RMS Throws "Divisor Is Equal To Zero" Error when Trying to Close an Order (Doc ID 2752225.1)

Symptoms

It is impossible to try to close a Purchase Order (PO) when you cancel the items and try to save. The application throws the ORA-01476 error.


Error

"ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero returned by program unit ORDER_CALC_SQL.TOTAL_COST_RETAIL."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to cancel a PO.
2. Save changes.
3. Appears the Issue.
