On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Profile Management

When attempting to approve the profile content section Education
the following error occurs.

Fault Information: ORABPEL-30103 Ruleset didnt return any results. Ruleset SupervisoryListRuleSet didnt return any results. Model the ruleset so that it returns a list builder specification.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approval is enabled for the custom profile content section Education.
2. Employee adds a particular degree on the Education section -> Approval should be triggered to their Line Manager for approval.
