Symptoms
Unable to Create a Template for or Copy Site to another New Site.
We are intermittently receiving the following error when attempting to create a template:
"Unable to create template from site '{site_name}'. Its content assets cannot be exported. Failed to download content template export zip. Internal error while downloading content template archive."
a) Select the site "{site_name}", clink on create template and give it a name,
-Leave unchecked the "Include unpublished content" checkbox
- click on Create Template.
- You will see the "Creating tempate '{template_name}' from site '{site_name}'" message.
b) Then the following error is output
- "Unable to create template from site '{site_name}'. Its content assets cannot be exported. Failed to download content template export zip. Internal error while downloading content template archive."
In the HAR capture when performing the operation, the following error is seen:
