On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Manage Benefits

Benefits dashboard not presenting employees properly

Benefits Service Center dashboard presenting wrongly pending workers.  

In looking for an employee with documents to be approved, the dashboard shows employees without any documents to be approved.
