Symptoms
Cycle Count Adjustment - How To Correct Error - You cannot perform this action on the selected records because they are not in a staged state. (INV-2415772)
Steps:
1. Navigate to Inventory > Manage Pending Transactions
2. See that there are records for "Cycle Count Adjustment" and "Physical Inventory Adjustment" transactions stuck with Errors
3. Go to the View Pending Transactions screen, and select any record for deletion
4. Verify that the above Error message is displayed
