Symptoms
In a tolerance scenario, when processing the REST Api to create and confirm shipment, the unshipped qty remains at Ready to Release status.
But user expectation is the unshipped qty should actually be canceled.
For E.g.
1. Create a Sales Order for 10 qty.
2. Ship 7 qty using the REST Api.
3. 7 qty moves to Interfaced.
4. However remaining 3 qty stays at Ready to Release status rather than Cancelled.
REST service is /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/shipmentTransactionRequests
