Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
UNSPSC code on requisition line for Punchout Order Requisition is blank using Native Oracle XML punchout catalog

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
UNSPSC code should be filled in requisition line for the category mapped in catalog and map sets

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Punchout Site.

2. Add item to cart and return to Requisition UI and save the requisition detail

3. Navigate to Mange Requisition and Open the Requisition.

4. On requisition line observe line observe UNSPSC is null
