Symptoms
User cannot enter DFF value at transaction creation from user interface (UI) when the DFF segment is Read-only.
Steps to Reproduce (Case of Transaction window):
- Check Read-only in the segment
- Deploy DFF and logout from system
- Login and try to create new transaction.
- User cannot enter DFF value.
