Symptoms

An FCCS application contains one or more problems with metadata correctness.  Previously, when administrators would select Actions > Validate Metadata Definitions in the Simplified Dimension Editor, a list of violations/errors would be shown.  Now there is nothing displayed there, even when metadata problems are known to exist.
