Symptoms

SOStatus with 'SI' status clears the transfers selected quantities.

Steps To Recreate:
1) Create a new Transfer.
2) Send SOStatus for this transfer, with status 'DS' - observe the selected quantity in TSFHEAD table.
3) Send a SOStatus for the same transfer, with status 'SI' - observe that the selected quantities are now zero.
