documentation suggests that on navigating to Task: Manage Chart of Accounts Configurations

But it displays the standard excel template and it does not contain the prefilled values/hierarchies specific to the client

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should populate the value set values that are selected at the time of generating the template and not default to the Demo Value set.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.) Navigate to Manage Chart of Accounts Configurations
2.) Edit chart of accounts configurations
3.) Manage Values
4.) Spreadsheet is defaulting value set code to Demo Value Set and not what customer has chosen

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the spreadsheet as it needs manual work to enter the information.
