Date Format is not Correct for Spanish Locale

Symptoms
On Oracle Retail Pricing Cloud Service version 19.1.005
Date format is not correct (MM/DD/YYYY).
Some dates are not in the correct format when locale are set to Spanish.
Date format should be DD/MM/YYYY.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Access the "Tasks" menu and click on "Price Inquiry": in the upper section the date is formatted DD/MM/YYYY (ok), but in the results grid the date column is formatted as MM/DD/YYYY.
2. "Price Change Group" option, "Price Change" tab date is formatted as MM/DD/YYYY.
3. "Clearance Group" option, "Markdown" tab date is formatted as MM/DD/YYYY.
Checking Standardization of date, according to region configuration noticed that the date format should be DD/MM/YYYY.
