ORA-01427 Error On Contacts Graphical View Within Accounts (Doc ID 2755290.1)

Symptoms

When customer is going to the Account XXX > Contacts subtab and clicks on the "Graphical View" icon,
he gets the error: "ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more that one row".

This is happening only for this account and it does not appear if he clicks on the "List View" icon.

Steps to reproduce:

- Go to Accounts and open XXX account
- Click on the Contacts subtab
- Click on the "Graphical View" icon > get error
