ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Invoice is accounted with WHT tax calculated but not showing on Payables Withholding Tax Report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Payables Withholding Tax Report should list invoice with WHT tax


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Tools – Reports and Analytics
2. Click Browse Catalog
3. Open report
/shared/Financials/Payables/Income Tax and Withholding/Payables Withholding Tax Report
