Goal
REST API to Create Attachments on Receipt Line Errors with 404-Not Found
Users are trying to attach an image on the PO receipt Line and are running into issues with the REST API.

POST -

The correct Header Interface ID and Transaction Interface ID are passed, however the REST API returns 404 Not Found.
