Middle Name and Suffix Null Value Change from HCM is not Getting Reflected in Resource Directory (Doc ID 2755967.1)

Symptoms

While Trying to update the Middle name/Suffix from the HCM Person Management screens the middle name is not getting updated.

Steps to Follow:

Go to Person Management >> Open any Person Record >> Click on Update/Correct Info >> Try to remove the middle name or Suffix

The Person name changes are reflecting in Manage users, but those are not reflecting in the Resource directory.
