Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security
When attempting to Specify Ledger Options,
the following Set-up error occurs.
ERROR

You must specify an enabled balance sheet account that's postable but not a summary account to be used as the retained earnings account. (GL-781323)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go To Specify Ledger Options and trying to enable the "Limit a journal to single currency" fof France
2. Error occurs
