On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Setup and Configuration
Unable to Create Intercompany Transactions for specific LE.
When trying to create Intercompany Transactions for LE NAME,
the following error occurs
ERROR

The primary supplier site for the supplier assigned to legal entity LE NAME is inactive. (FUN-720065)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. go to Intercompany Accounting > Transactions > Create Transactions
2. enter details for a new batch and try to submit it
3. check the error returned
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit the intercompany batch
