Symptoms


Following errors are reported in alert.log file during instance start

WARNING: No cluster interconnect has been specified
Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/diag/rdbms/<db>/<instance>/trace/<instance>_ora_76392.trc (incident=297641):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ksipc: no private ips avail for use], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

and instance crashes

Changes

 Both, GI and BD Homes where upgraded from 19.3 to 19.10
