Change Orders getting stuck in Scheduled status with below error
JBO-27023: Failed to validate all rows in a transaction
JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key
ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

Expect the change orders to processed without error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
While approving the COs, change orders are getting stuck in Scheduled status and never getting completed.
