Goal

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Service Request

Will Closed SR retain the attachments until it is deleted?

I would like to confirm the behavior with the attachments once the SR's move to Closed status in the application.

Please confirm the users can still view the SR attachments even if they are in Closed for any number of days until the SR is deleted.
