Planning Cloud : Dimension Security is Not Restricting User's Access (Doc ID 2757226.1)

Symptoms

Dimension security is not restricting user's access, user is still able to change the data even after having read access permission across all security enabled dimension members of any particular intersection.

For Example:

Entity, Account, Scenario and Version dimension has security enabled and users are trying to access the intersection ("Account1", "Entity1", "Actual", "Working", "FY20", "P1", "BaseData") where user has read access to all the 4 members (Account1, Entity1, Actual and Working) but still user can change the data values.
