After Snapshot Migration, users with BI Service Administrator role is not able to edit dataset and connections in DV
Steps to reproduce:-

A data set , connection is created in DV and is not shared with the BI Service Administrator Role
A snapshot is created and is migrated to target OAC instance.
On the target OAC instance, users with BI Service Administrator role is not able to edit dataset and connections
