Duplicate Journal Lines Created For Journal Imported Through FBDI (Doc ID 2757529.1)

Goal

There is a file coming from boundary application which has two lines in the journal. But the journal was imported in the system with six lines i.e. each line three times. The file looks perfect. Is there any reason why import journals will import a journal with lines repeated?
