Details: A system error has occurred in the program xla_fsn_acct_parent_pkg.batch_accounting, ERROR: Subledger Accounting Options are not defined for this ledger and application.Please run Update Subledger Accounting Options program for your application.
 Action: Contact Oracle Support for assistance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Tools-> Scheduled Process
2. Run Create Accounting Subledger Application Lease Accounting
3. Submit
