Symptoms
Getting error when clicking "Return to Opportunity" from a copied quote.
Error:
Could not perform Action: Return to Opportunity
During commerce integration Process ID: , Name: OSC - Upsert Quote An error occurred while communicating with the partner site. Error message from the partner site: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key
Steps to reproduce:
- Login to CX Sales
- Create an Opportunity
- Create a Quote
- In CX Sales, on the record just created click on duplicate
- A duplicate record gets created in CPQ
- Save and click on "Return to Opportunity" action.
