Return To Opportunity Is Failing From CPQ To Sales Cloud On A Copied Quote (Doc ID 2758062.1)

Symptoms

Getting error when clicking "Return to Opportunity" from a copied quote.

Error:

Could not perform Action: Return to Opportunity

During commerce integration Process ID: , Name: OSC - Upsert Quote An error occurred while communicating with the partner site. Error message from the partner site: JBO-25013: Too many objects match the primary key

 

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to CX Sales
  2. Create an Opportunity
  3. Create a Quote
  4. In CX Sales, on the record just created click on duplicate
  5. A duplicate record gets created in CPQ
  6. Save and click on "Return to Opportunity" action.
