TO_MHE_IBLPN_INFO Errors On The Output Interface Screen With "No Targets Found" (Doc ID 2758319.1)

Symptoms

After the IBLPN Info was generated, the same is not properly sent to the defined target. In the Output Interface UI screen it shows the following message "No targets found."
If the "resend" button on the output interface screen is used on the same record, then the interface is sent correctly.
