ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Manage Buyer Assignment Rules > Manage in Spreadsheet button
Spreadsheet does not show Cost Center Column
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to assign buyer rules based on Cost Center via Spreadsheet

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Buyer Assignment Rules
2. Review Columns > Cost Center is available
3. Select Manage in Spreadsheet button
4. Spreadsheet loads, but Cost Center column is not available.
