Symptoms
When attempting create PreTransformation rules
the following error occurs.
ERROR

Not a recognized Attribute - Enter a valid attribute.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance (FSM).
2. Search for and Select task - Manage Pretransformation Defaulting Rules.
3. Select - View - IF/THEN Rules.
4. Add a Rule by selecting the plus sign by choosing Payment terms.
5. Ending in error.
