Symptoms
Problem Description:
An agent was sent a request to submit a candidate for a specific job requisition.
The agent was able to submit the candidate, but the invitation to confirm the application was never sent to the candidate. When the Recruiter attempts to send the invitation to apply, the following error is received:
The invitation to apply email wasn't sent to candidate ___ ___. (IRC-1590081)
