Symptoms
On : 20.4 version, Security
When trying to open Web Reports Configuration, receive the following error.
Several users with Company: 1000 and Facility: FAC2
receive error at UI: Web Reports Gen2 and UI: Web Reports when attempting to select Web Report Configuration
Do not see this issue with Company: 1000 and Facility: FAC1
Issue goes away if change facility to FAC1, go to UI: Web Reports Gen2, then change facility back to Fac2, go to UI: Web Reports Gen 2.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Enter UI: Web Reports Gen2 screen
2) Click on Web Reports Configuration
3) Get message "414 REQUEST - URI Too Large"
