On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Setup and Configuration

Expense - BIC is made non mandatory for Ireland Bank Account

Navigate to Expense - Manage Bank Accounts - Add Bank Account - Choose Ireland - Both IBAN and BIC should be made mandatory but the screen shows only iBAN Mandatory post patch.
